Q How much will it cost to carry out a subdivision to creaste new titles for sale ?
A Our regular clients are telling us its costing them up to $100,000 development costs per section. However some are as low as $50,000. We can tell what yours will cost.   The first $25,000 of this is Council levies/taxes.  Survey and application fees are typically 10%-15% of your costs.

A Visit the Council and ask to speak to the subdivision officer and ask them - Can I subdivide ?
